On June 30, 2004, the Court received an application by Director
Defendant Bert C. Roberts, Jr. ("Roberts") that Continental
Casualty Company show cause in Roberts v. Assoc. Elec. & Gas
Ins. Servs. Ltd., No. 04 Civ. 4089, why an order should not be
entered compelling it immediately to advance "Defense Costs" to
Roberts. As stated on the record at a conference held on July 7
to address this application, it is hereby
ORDERED that opposition to Roberts' application is due July 14;
any reply is to be submitted by July 16.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that two courtesy copies of motion
papers, marked as such, should be submitted to chambers at the
time they are served.
