ORDER

On July 13, 2004, one plaintiff in the above-captioned Individual Action, the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, moved to voluntarily dismiss its complaint without prejudice pursuant to Rule 41, Fed.R. Civ. P., on the condition that it be permitted to remain a member of the class for all claims asserted in the class action. For the reasons stated in the Opinion of January 26, 2004, and pursuant to Orders of January 26 and April 12, 2004, it is hereby

ORDERED that the motion of the State of Wisconsin Investment Board to dismiss its complaint voluntarily on the condition that it participate in the WorldCom consolidated class action is granted.
