  1. In 03 Civ. 6386 (Luton), the motion to dismiss of Thomas A. Shands, M.D., John F. Hassell, M.D., and Joseph L. Pratt, M.D. on the basis of PTO 279 (00 Civ. 2843, docket items 2285, 2288) is granted.

  2. In 02 Civ. 3116 (Berry) the motion to dismiss in of Charles D. Cannon, Jr., M.D. on the basis of PTO 89 (00 Civ. 2843, docket items 2286, 2287) is granted.
