ORDER

Defendant having been found guilty of all three counts of the indictment, and defense counsel having moved for leave to withdraw, it is hereby

ORDERED, as follows:

  1. Steven Statsinger, Esq., Nicole Auerbach, Esq., and the Legal Aid Society are relieved from representing the defendant.

  2. Frederick Cohn, Esq. of the CJA Panel is appointed counsel for the defendant.

  3. The time within which any Rule 29 or Rule 33 motion shall be filed is extended to and including September 24, 2004.

  4. Sentencing is set for November 5, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 12D.
