The Court having received a report of a psychiatric examination of the defendant and having heard the parties pursuant to 18 U.S.C. ยง 4241(a) and 4247(d), it is hereby

ORDERED, that the Court determines that the defendant is not presently suffereing from a mental disease or defect rendering her mentally incompetent to the extent that she is unable to understand the nature and consequences of the proceedings against her or to assist properly in her defense.
