AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
NOW on this 11 day of August, 2004, the above entitled matter
comes on for hearing. Barbara J. Christy appears by and through
her attorney, Michael D. Hepperly and Warner-Lambert Company
appears by and through its attorney, Ms. Janet Jenness. There are
no other appearances.
WHEREUPON, the Court, after examining the file, hearing
statements of counsel, and being duly advised in the premises,
finds that the petition filed by plaintiff in this matter should
be dismissed with prejudice and that each party shall pay their
own attorneys fees and costs incurred in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED that the above-captioned petition be and the same is
hereby dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
