ORDER

Plaintiff seeks a default judgment against defendant Ortiz Broadcasting Corporation.

The Clerk's Certificate establishes that Ortiz is in default. Plaintiff is entitled to judgment against it. The amount of the judgment to which it is entitled, however, is not clear.

  Accordingly, the application for a default judgment against Ortiz is granted. The case is referred to the Magistrate Judge assigned for the purpose of conducting an inquest and recommending the amount of the judgment to be entered.
