ORDER

An Order of July 21, 2004 ("July 21 Order") dismissed the above-referenced Individual Action in its entirety with prejudice and ordered the Clerk of Court to close the case. The July 21 Order permitted the plaintiff, Montana Board of Investments, to remain a member of the class in the WorldCom consolidated class action if it filed a motion to dismiss voluntarily prior to the end of the opt out period — September 1, 2004. On July 22, the Court received a motion to dismiss voluntarily by plaintiff. It is hereby

ORDERED that Montana Board of Investments is permitted to remain a member of the class in the WorldCom consolidated class action without prejudice as to its right to recover for any claims that are brought on behalf of the class. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned Individual Action remains dismissed with prejudice in its entirety and closed.
