WHEREAS, on October 21, 2004, the parties participated in a Pretrial Conference; it is hereby

ORDERED that Defendant schedule a deposition for a 30(b)(6) individual on or before November 20, 2004;

  ORDERED that any disqualification motion and opposition papers be limited to ten (10) pages;

  ORDERED that any disqualification motion be delivered to Chambers, fully briefed, on or before 12:00 p.m., November 24, 2004; and it is further

  ORDER that any dispositive motions be delivered to Chambers, fully briefed, on or before, 12:00 p.m., December 6, 2004
