STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiffs Sam Allen Thomas Jr. (Brown, et al.), Gloria Thomas (Jones, et al.) and Quanzia Thomas (Jones, et al.) are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.
2. There are no motions pending in Brown, et al. v. Pfizer, et al. which relate to plaintiff Sam Allen Thomas, Jr. There are no motions pending in Jones, et al. v. Pfizer, et al. which relate to plaintiffs Gloria Thomas or Quanzia Thomas. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close either of these cases in their entirety.
3. Each party shall bear its own cost and attorneys' fees.
