STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

  36150. All claims by each plaintiff listed on the attached Exhibit A are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in each plaintiff's respective action. Exhibit A also reflects whether a motion is pending which relates to any of the plaintiffs listed on it.

  36151. When approved, this Stipulation will not close this case in its entirety.
