STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

  1. All claims by each plaintiff identified on the attached Exhibit A are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in each plaintiff's respective action. Exhibit A also indicates whether a motion is pending in any of the above-captioned actions.

  2. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.

 

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. SO ORDERED. Exhibit A to Stipulation and Order of Partial Dismissal with Prejudice (Boykin, et al. v. Parke-Davis, et al., Civil Action No. 02cv1717)
