AMENDED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
This Court having issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order on
March 29, 2005, and the Clerk having entered an Amended Judgment
on April 8, 2005, it is hereby ORDERED:
1. The "Conclusion" of the Memorandum Opinion and Order is
hereby amended as follows:
The Clerk shall enter an Amended Judgment against
Defendants, jointly and severally, as follows:
1. In favor of the Sureties in the amount of
$7,729,592, for losses and expenses in connection
with the P-31 Bond, plus prejudgment interest at the
rate of 9% per annum, from November 8, 1998 until the
date of entry of judgment.
2. In favor of USF&G alone, in the amount of
$3,751,898.72, for losses and expenses in connection
with the Port of New Orleans Bond, plus prejudgment
interest at the rate of 9% per annum, from November
6, 1999 until the date of entry of judgment. 2. An Amended Judgment shall be entered to reflect the above
