BAKER v. DORFMAN
May 13, 2005.
RICKY BAKER, Plaintiff,
v.
DAVID A. DORFMAN, Defendant.
The opinion of the court was delivered by: DENISE COTE, District Judge
On March 29, 2005, this Court issued an Opinion and Order
enforcing the payment schedule contained in a stipulation between
the parties and ordering defendant to pay an additional monthly
amount to make up arrears. On May 4, 2005, defendant submitted a
letter, accompanied by a number of attachments, representing that
he was unable to pay the full required monthly amount. In a
letter of May 5, 2004, plaintiff's counsel submitted a letter
arguing that defendant's financial records indicated that
defendant had made extravagant expenditures, in particular for
travel. So that the Court may hear defendant to determine whether
he should be held in contempt, it is hereby
ORDERED that the defendant shall appear at a hearing in this
matter on May 16, 2005, at 11:30 a.m., in Courtroom 11B, 500
Pearl Street, New York, New York.
