STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:
1. All claims made by the plaintiffs identified on the attached
Exhibit A are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in
each plaintiff's respective action.
2. Exhibit A reflects whether a motion is pending in any of the
above-captioned actions and if, when approved, this Stipulation
of Dismissal will close these cases in their entirety.
