ORDER ON STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the ____ day of ____ 2005 came on
for consideration the Stipulation of Dismissal, with prejudice,
of the claims and causes of action of Plaintiff Gilbert Garcia,
which have been asserted against Defendant Eric Orzeck, M.D., in
the above entitled and numbered cause. Having considered this
Stipulation of Dismissal, the Court is of the opinion that it is
well taken and should be granted. It is, therefore,
ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted against
Defendant Eric Orzeck, only, in the above entitled and numbered
cause are dismissed, with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that taxable court costs shall be borne
by the party incurring same, as between Plaintiffs and this
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall constitute a
final Order in this matter as to Plaintiffs' claims against
Defendant Eric Orzeck, M.D.
