JOINT STIPULATION FOR ADDITIONAL TIME TO COMPLY WITH PRE-TRIAL ORDER NO. 370 (as to plaintiff LaShonda Oatis only)
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:
1. Plaintiff LaShonda Oatis is 6½ months pregnant and is unable to undergo CT scans at this time. These tests are necessary for plaintiff's expert to prepare a case specific expert report regarding her medical condition and its causal relationship, if any, to her ingestion of Rezulin.

  2. Upon approval by the Court, the date by which plaintiff LaShonda Oatis must comply with Pre-Trial Order No. 370 shall be extended to December 14, 2005, which is 45 days following her expected delivery date of October 30, 2005.

  SO ORDERED.
