United States District Court, S.D. New York
August 22, 2005.
PHILLIP ERIC SOBEL, Plaintiff,
COMMUNITY ACCESS, INC., et al., Defendants.
The opinion of the court was delivered by: LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge
Plaintiff's motion for an additional extension of time within
which to file objections to Magistrate Dolinger's report and
recommendation and his order, both dated May 23, 2005, is granted
to the extent that time is extended to and including September
22, 2005. Plaintiff, however, is advised that, while the Court is
sympathetic with his apparent difficulties, it is unlikely to
grant any further extension. The defendants have a right to
prompt adjudication of the claims against them, and this
extension will bring the total period afforded to plaintiff for
filing his objections to over 100 days as compared with the 10
days normally allotted by law.
