CORRECTED ORDER

This Order corrects the Order in the WorldCom Securities Litigation, relating to 04 Civ. 233, entered on March 14, 2006.

Counsel for the Citigroup Defendants has advised the Court that an agreement in principle has been reached between the plaintiffs in Shriners Hospital for Children v. Alexander, et al., 04 Civ. 233, and the Citigroup Defendants and the Underwriter Defendants, and that settlement discussions are expected to begin shortly with the remaining defendants. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that the motions to dismiss filed by the Citigroup Defendants and the Underwriter Defendants are dismissed as moot.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motions to dismiss filed by the Director Defendants, Bert C. Roberts, Stiles A. Kellet, and Arthur Andersen are dismissed as moot without prejudice to renewal in the event a settlement is not reached by May 12, 2006. The parties may restore these motions to the docket by writing a letter on or before May 12, 2006.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a status letter from plaintiff is due May 12, 2006.
