Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Fourth Judicial Department by order of the Supreme Court, Erie County [Patrick H. NeMoyer, J.], entered May 20, 2008) to review a determination of respondent. The determination, after a hearing, found that petitioners had violated the Vehicle and Traffic Law and revoked the dealership license of petitioner Harper's Auto Service, Inc. and the certified inspector's license of petitioner Louis Suttles.
