ORDER

On May 20, 2010, the Government filed a Motion to Reduce Defendant Sahim Alwan's sentence by six months, pursuant to Rule 35(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

IT HEREBY IS ORDERED, that Defendant shall file a response to the Government's Motion to Reduce Sentence (Docket No. 299) by June 9, 2010.

FURTHER, that Defendant shall indicate in his response whether he will waive his appearance if the motion is granted and resentencing is necessary.

FURTHER, that the Government may file a reply, if any, by June 16, 2010. FURTHER, that the motion will be taken under advisement without oral argument.
