Maria Mejia, et al v. Kristin L. Manzur

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK

May 4, 2011

MARIA MEJIA, ET AL., PLAINTIFFS,
v.
KRISTIN L. MANZUR, ET AL., DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Roanne L. Mann, United States Magistrate Judge:

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Contrary to the premise of defense counsel's latest submission, defendant Manzur's "designation" of Dr. William Head on February 25, 2011, see Letter to the Court from Leonard A. Robusto (May 3, 2011) at 1, ECF Docket Entry #50, did not constitute compliance with the Court's Order of March 7, 2011, directing that defendants serve expert disclosure (including but not limited to narrative reports, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(B)) by April 15, 2011. Nevertheless, in light of the (reportedly) belated production of medical records and authorizations, see id. at 2, the Court grants defendant Manzur's request for an extension to the following extent: Manzur's expert disclosure shall be served by June 14, 2011. The May 26th settlement conference is adjourned to June 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. No further extensions will be granted.

SO ORDERED.
