This opinion is uncorrected and will not be published in the printed Official Reports.
PRESENT: Torres, J.P., Shulman, Hunter, Jr., JJ
Tenants appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Jean T. Schneider, J.), dated June 8, 2010, after a hearing, which denied their motion to stay execution of the warrant of eviction in a holdover summary proceeding.
Appeal from order (Jean T. Schneider, J.), dated June 8, 2010, dismissed, without costs.
The appeal from the June 8, 2010 order must be dismissed in view of tenant-appellants' failure to produce a transcript of the hearing for appellate review (see CPLR 5525[a]; CCA 1704[a]). Nor may we consider the propriety of the conditional final judgment issued in landlord's favor on February 8, 2010, since tenants failed to directly appeal from that final judgment.
THIS CONSTITUTES THE DECISION AND ORDER OF THE COURT.
