MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Motion for reargument granted and, upon reargument, the memorandum and order entered June 10, 2011 (85 AD3d 1556) is amended by deleting the third sentence of the memorandum and substituting the following sentence: "The record supports the findings of the suppression court that defendant's statement was not tainted by her statement made before she was given her Miranda warnings."
